I'm Kishor Marasini, and this is my personal portfolio site. This page explains what I collect when you use the contact form or the chat assistant, why I collect it, how long I keep it, and how you can get a copy or have it deleted.
For analytics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views and performance (Core Web Vitals) without cookies. I don't use any of this for advertising.
I use it to reply to your enquiry, follow up on potential work, and keep the site secure (rate limiting and spam prevention). My lawful basis is legitimate interest in running the site and responding to people who choose to get in touch.
I automatically delete enquiries and chat transcripts after 12 months. You can ask me to delete yours sooner at any time (see below).
Your information is stored securely and kept private. Only I can access it, and only to read and follow up on what you've sent, never to track or profile you.
I don't sell your data. It's handled by a few service providers I rely on to run the site:
I use a small number of functional cookies to remember your preferences (such as theme and chat state). I don't use any analytics or advertising cookies.
You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at and I'll sort it out promptly.
